I'm Leavin' On A Jetplane...

At 2pm I am getting on a happy plane to fly to California for a business thang, and then on the 12th, from California, I get to fly home to visit my family in Iceland. I work virtual office so I get to take my work with me. I am going to try and get some writing done while I am there, and I will try to check into Lit when I can, but I will have limited online time at my Aunt's house and what time I do have will often be given to work related things. So, I will miss you guys. I left once before for travel reasons but I came back! I always do!

I will send pics from Iceland and let you guys know what is up. Maybe I will do a travel documentary type thread. Heh.

I will try to check in as much as I can.

I am gonna miss you guys...!!!!!! Thanks for being cool and cheering me up and all those things. Kisses.

They put me through the "random" check every single time.

They give a list over the entercom of "random" chosen passengers to search. My last name sounds (but isn't) Arabic, so I get picked.

It sounds like this...

"We will now be checking the baggage of our randomly chosen passengers...please step to the side with your bags for a RANDOM check...Achmad Fayed, Chani Lau, Hamid Afata, Kamel Abdulla, Omar Hashmir, Rashad Jamul and Susan Anderson."

They throw in a white chick for good measure.

No, my Iceland trip is the 12th, but I have been traveling a lot lately and a few weeks ago I went to California (I go once every other month) and also took a week long trip to Ireland. I was in the West Coast of Eire for a week, in a town called Letterfrack in Co. Galway. it was beautiful.
