I'm laying 50-50 odds

To be fair what he said was almost word for word what Rush said today on the radio except that Rush said the 1200 counts were a rumor right now. One he happened to believe but still a rumor.

Politico is saying the same thing. Are you going to call them right wing nuts?

When have I ever called someone that? I didn't call Rush that either. Obviously I listen to him and was defending Ishmael. Don't be a dumbass.
Hell, I've seen enough of your posts. I should know by now you can't help it.

Eat shit.

Eat shit.

I expect no more or less of you. You are unable to engage anyone in actual conversation or debate. You attack someone who for the most part shares the same political ideology as you just because it's what you do. You obviously didn't actually read what I wrote, just reacted as usual.

Oh yes they do, and many have already been publicly reported. She just hasn't been indicted as of now.

Ishmael

Not a single one has been publicly reported and at this point we should be assuming they simply do not exist.

She will never, ever be prosecuted by this administration. The intelligence community can get as pissed off as they want but it isn't going to change anything. There are tens of millions of ignorant people like Sean Renaud who don't have a fucking clue. Nothing will stop them from voting for her. They don't give a damn about the rule of law.

Bernie Sanders would be nice. Hell if you idiots could get Paul up that would also stop me from voting for Hillary. Might be persuded by that Kasich fellow if he hasn't dropped out yet.

Of course we care about the rule of law, but that's not in question here. Just if Hillary is the devil or not.

YW. Now apply the traditional political filters.

She is the focus, but that is not going to be discloses sans indictment. Even the FBI is aware of the political ramifications of disclosures without an indictment. A political H-bomb if you will.

I'll know more after breakfast tomorrow. :)

I suggest you try a filter other than Joseph DiGenova.

Just sayin!

*chuckle* The "Breakfast Club" doesn't order Pop Tarts.

Either one of you can feel free to PM Vat re. my sources. He was attended our breakfast back in Sept. He's met half of my sources. All part of 'passing the baton.'

Or you can visit and I'll take you to the "club" meeting. Just keep your hand off my ass.

So I shouldn't expect you to post an update until after Bill Bennett's radio show?

I am laying 50-50 odds there is not a decent horse on either side of the fence.

Not in my lifetime but one can hope.

That pretty much sums it up .

The following likely is the inspiration for the thread. It's from the Patriot Post:

Will Hillary Clinton be indicted? This former U.S. attorney thinks so. Joe DiGenova, a Ronald Reagan appointee, says the FBI has "reached a critical mass in their investigation of the secretary and all of her senior staff, and, it's going to come to a head, I would suggest, in the next 60 days." He argues she'll be indicted because Attorney General Loretta Lynch won't be able to avoid it.
"It's going to be a very complex matter for the Department of Justice, but they're not going to be able to walk away from it," DiGenova said. "They are now at over 1,200 classified emails. And, that's just for the ones we know about from the State Department. That does not include the ones that the FBI is, in fact, recovering from her hard drives. ... I believe that the evidence that the FBI is compiling will be so compelling that, unless [Lynch] agrees to the charges, there will be a massive revolt inside the FBI, which she will not be able to survive as an attorney general. It will be like Watergate. It will be unbelievable."
Finally, he said, "The evidence against the Clinton staff and the secretary is so overwhelming at this point that if, in fact, she chooses not to charge Hillary, they will never be able to charge another federal employee with the negligent handling of classified information. The intelligence community will not stand for that. They will fight for indictment and they are already in the process of gearing themselves to basically revolt if she refuses to bring charges."
Of course, only time will tell, but it sure would be earth-moving if he's right.
