News item on tonight's TV says that Mugabe has just declared that anyone criticising him will be breaking the law and will be charged with criminal offences.

Isn't any oppostion in the forthcoming election "criticising" Mugabe?

Most African countries have had Governments so corrupt that they would be considered ripe for takeover anywhere else.
