you are horribly mis informed, and that was a pic of an organic steak thank you.

I eat steak regularly, and I think you are closer to death than I

Q: Should I cut down on meat and eat more fruits and vegetables?

A: You must grasp logistical efficiencies. What does a cow eat? Hay
and corn. And what are these? Vegetables. So a steak is nothing more
than an efficient mechanism of delivering vegetables to your system.
Need grain? Eat chicken. Beef is also a good source of field grass
(green leafy vegetable). And a pork chop can give you 100% of your
recommended daily allowance of vegetable products.

Otherwise....Option two: Spinach, lettuce, tomato, carrots, green pepper with light italian dressing :D

But they taste so damn good and juicy! Nope, never could even consider bein a veggie

Option 1 combined with option 2 sounds great.

Thanks. You gave me an idea for what to eat now.

The oatmeal sounds the best to me at the moment.

Besides the fact that I am not a big peanut butter fan (except with chocolate), they all sound decent.

I just had a can of Wolfgang Puck's organic lentil vegetable soup. Healthy and it tastes really good. You should try it, Dolly.

Peanut butter with chocolate is one of the most wonderful things ever.

That's why I make sure the food I feed my hotdogs (see signature) contains beef, chicken, or turkey. :D

Wolfgang Puck is a very famous chef. His canned soups awesome, there is a lie that are all organic, most of them are veggie, and they taste great.

Now, if you are going veggie, you probably have a really good opportunity to lose a few pounds, so take it easy on the peanut butter and chocolate this weekend, okay? Not trying to be a bitch. Honest.

Here's a link for the soups:

I'm not a big fan of them either...but the veggie burgers are good...and gardenburgers riblets...and the chicken nuggets and chicken patties...and the boca breakfast wraps which I cant eat anymore b/c they have cheese in them :(
