In the simplest terms, if someone could give me some basic instructions on how to use the correct email formula; as in Rich Text, ect. From what the website guidelines and FAQ's explain, I'm still lost because I'm new @ this. I know how to copy and paste, but that's about it.

copy and paste is all you need do. Can you get to your submissions page? If so, click on "submission" and "submit a story." A template will come up that you can cut and past into. Your story should be single spaced, no indenting, and an extra line feed between paragraphs.

Thanks for your help, I think I figured it out except for maybe the spacing. That may cancel me out, I don't know. We'll see.
