What about pregnant women and their nipples?

I'm sure you desperately want to know this but...you asked!

Well, it's not a 100 percent thing, as generally speaking most everyone can breastfeed, but some women with flat or inverted nipples have issues with getting the baby to latch in the beginning. It can be dealt with in a number of ways, or may not even be an issue, but sometimes it comes up when women are preparing to breastfeed and wondering if there will be any issues.

From one new Mom to another, enjoy it if you can. The morning sickness (must have been a man that gave it that utterly misleading name!) should dissipate around the second trimester but there's no guarantee of that.

Here's hoping it's an easy pregnancy and you get the boys you want!

Doing good thanks hun. Peyton keeps me pretty busy. She's learning how to scoot now and I don't think it'll be long before she figures out how to coordinate her arms and legs to crawl. Right now though she either pushes forward with her knees (and ends up scooting her chest up onto her arms) or pushes with her arms and goes backward. It's hilarious to watch but I give her lots of encouragement while I'm laughing as well. [/hijack]

I'd really love to breastfeed. My mama couldn't because her milk was too weak, and I have a lot of allergies and I had childhood asthma (cleared up when I was 14) so I want to make sure that my baby is HEALTHY!

You totally can! Check out the link I sent you - lots of support there. You just need a support network, someone to ask questions to. There should be a lactation consultant on staff wherever you give birth, and there's always La Leche Leaugue (I think they're www.lalecheleague.org or something). In fact, I think Cutie Mouse used to be a La Leche leader.

I can't even begin to describe to you the intense relief I feel. I never thought I'd be able to have a baby of my own. Mister and I thought we'd probably have to adopt.

We planned on adoption if I hadn't gotten pregnant by the time I was about 27-28.

I think I'm at a good place in my life to have a baby. I'm young, relatively healthy...although I will say that being pregnant so far is exausting. I have no energy! ^_^

My family is notorious for difficult pregnancies, my mom actually was almost forced to abort me because she was sooo sick when she was carrying me. I'm scared, lemme tell ya. But I think God really wants this for me!

I'm sooo excited!

Weird food cravings already...last night I wanted chicken fried steak and fruit. *shakes head* So weird.

Can some moms help me out with how to combat the nausea and vomiting??

ginger candy. the nausea is from your blood sugar freaking out so trycarb/natural sugar combos like toast with a lil bit of jelly or dry toast and a bananna. Greasy stuff will kill ya, stay away from even the smell (this adivice is coming from a person who had morning sickness for 5 months.) I had two of the worst ever pregnancies and tried every remedy
