Honestly? It was a little chewy. Moist, but chewy. It could have cooked another 30 minutes. Just a dry rub for about 6 hours. Weber kettle grill.

The wine was good.
Still is.
 
Time seems about right. Maybe try bringing next time. Any idea what temp you were cooking at?
 
Who knows really. Maybe it was the way you cut it. Just keep practicing. Myself, I would have pulled it sooner, like 145 150 then wrapped in foil and rested.
