Make that a Dos Equis Amber!

Same here on all but the advertising. I feel your pain.

Have to pass on that. In my world there are only two kinds of beer... drinkin' beer and statement beer. Hit me with the basic, 'cause it just don't make that much of a difference. Of course, such is one of the reasons I dig malt liqour.

Dos Equis Amber is an Oktoberfest-style of Vienna lager originally created during the mid-19th century. Dos Equis, like Heineken, is an unusual beer that has a worthwhile difference from the usual.

On tap near me. Negro Modelo Dark Ale would be acceptable today as well.

I'm drinking Dos Equis Special Lager with lime right now. :)
I highly recommend it for any sort of funk you may be in.
C'mon, you can't drink Coors on Cinco de Mayo.

Luck!

Good, tough, or whatever — apply either, wherever it best suits.

Procrustes had a solution (not beer) for your latter problem.

I don’t worry much about the brand of my beer, since I can never really own it.

Not for me. It is an unusual beer that has a price-tag and regrettable popularity amongst the "conoisseurs" of college life, worth little and costing much.

I'll take King Cobra or Old English 800 or a Bud any day.

Bitter and Twisted for me, or an Innis and Gunn.

Some Bacardi gold rum, perhaps?

I'll share. :rose:

Some wise words for you Joe :

"Tension is who you think you should be. Relaxation is who you are." ~Chinese Proverb

"Sometimes the most important thing in a whole day is the rest we take between two deep breaths". ~Etty Hillesum

"Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished." Lao Tzu

"Practice easing your way along. Don't get het up or in a dither. Do your best; take it as it comes. You can handle anything if you think you can. Just keep your cool and your sense of humor. " Smiley Blanton, MD

Aww and this is the cutest one....

"Angels around us, angels beside us, angels within us. Angels are watching over you when times are good or stressed. Their wings wrap gently around you, whispering you are loved and blessed." Angel Blessing

I'm sorry. Were there words or something underneath that AV?

Now that's relaxation.

Excuse me, what's unusual about Heineken? LOL
[/threadjack]

Sorry to hear you're not too happy, Joe.
If it helps, in my book there is no such thing as a guy who is too tall. Hell, most of them are too small. Not tall enough, is what I meant.
