There's a town somewhere in the midwest (I think) USA that straddles either state lines or county lines. Anyway, half the town goes on DST, the other half never does. It really screws up making meetings across town on time.

As I recall, DST ends at 2AM on Sunday morning. What that means is that, at 2AM, ZAP, the bar is closed. POOF and it's only 1AM again. Too bad; the bar stays closed until 6AM. That's a five hour wait instead of a four hur wait, so you actually lose an hour of drinking time.

Personally, since I am retired, DST or not means nothing to me.
