I'd probably better not mention this in the assignment, but all the capitalisation of terms in the contracts I'm comparing -- 'Proprietor' and 'Work' and so on -- are making me think of BDSM. Which then makes me think about how one would define 'Work' in a BDSM contract... which then drastically lowers my actual essay output as my mind wanders.
