All I know for sure is that as of right now, that part of the site isn't fully running yet. But through your profile (Not the board one) you can set your account up.

That page is looking very promising. I must say that I am going to enjoy watching how that sight develops! It looks as though it will be an incredible amount of work, doing all of the admin stuff that will go with it.
