What a creature he was! Never have i felt such a horse between my knees. His great haunches gathered under him with every stride, and he shot forward ever faster and faster, stretched like a greyhound, while the wind beat in my face and whistled past my ears.

Fastest horse i have EVER sat upon. Won over $125,000 on the track and was "thrown away" when he bowed a tendon. I took him off the killers truck .. brought him home and "fixed" him with time, groceries, and hydrotherapy. I opened him up just once .. he deserved it. That horse was created to gallop .. was in it with his body, mind, and soul. Brought tears to my eyes .. and not from the wind alone. He had the heart of a hero and the spirit of a champion.

*He is now fat and happy as a clam living out his life as a trail mount with a family with 5 girls who love him dearly.

:rose: You deserve it Bit.

Daisy Dukes, that is one beautiful horse, and the story brought some tears to my eyes. He does deserve along with other mis-treated animals, a good life. I'm glad he's well loved by you and your family : )
