I love the mermaid!

I've seen an actual mermaid. But its head was that of a fish and its body that of a woman. It was found dead on a Beach in Kuantan, East Malaysia in 1960. The creature had come ashore earlier one night and came to an old fisherman who was sitting on the beach. It cried and told some story to the fisherman. It died after that. The villagers soon buried her at an unknown grave. I had the newspaper clipping but misplaced it.

Vallejo, like Boris, is an old artist but I love his works.
