It's not likely that many remember...

I started out 2026 with excitement and joy having found this community. By March I was discouraged and... well.

I gave up.

On a whim I logged in yesterday. And my story was published clear back in May.

Well.. I don't even remember re-submitting it. After so many attempts and getting discouraged from the "AI" rejections, I simply gave up and went back to my second novel.

I'm back! Re-invigorated and hopeful that the struggle with the automated ai system is over!

So I was disappointed when one of yours was held up - I even sent a message to admin about it - and glad when it eventually appeared, though after a too-long delay. Don't give up, keep trying.

Welcome back! I also had gotten a repeated AI rejection, which kind of soured my writing for a while. (Among other reasons)

Everyone on the forums insists that the AI flagging issue is still happening. I put up 10 chapters of a story and two novellas, and they have all been approved within a day of submission.

So your mileage may vary.

I just had a look at it. If it is the one that was flagged for AI, then Lit's AI detection is really way off. It has very little resemblance to AI writing.
