I'm back from internet pergatory

You? You?! I've been writting at the pace it takes to read the Bible, straight through.

I listened to it on tape in my car when I had a long commute. I enjoyed it. :)

Oh, and a  for you, too, my young pasha. ;)

In all honesty, I'm taking a break from writting to become a better writter. I'm putting my stories on hold, for the moment, and doing some writting exercises and reading books that are set up like workshops.

I didn't like the bunny AV. I had a killer bunny some years back that ate my flesh every chance it got.

If you'd like a suggestion, The Art of Fiction by John Gardner is my personal favorite. Got it off ebay for $12. Basically, it's taught me most of what I know about writing. :)

Nuh-uh.

3 weeks. 26 pages. :(

Pshaw! You prolific fraud! *weeping* I've written about 12 pages in the same amount of time and most of it is bunk.

Let me just say that once you get used to having the internet, it sucks not having it. I recently lost my connection for a while and it was kinda nice once I got past the withdraw symptons. Although they do tend to terminate your service when you don't pay the company for six months. Did I miss anything relevant?

I was without the internet for 3 days and yeah it sucked. Welcome back. I don't believe we have met yet, I'm moonlight or as the Alpaca likes to call me the vulcan elf.

Nice to meet you. You can call me Rika, or pasha as I have a few very dear and select companions that choose that very flattering title for me.

I tend to get very poetic at night, so you may see that side of me most.

I would KILL to write 12 pages of buck right now.

I have one that I just got from Barnes & Noble and I'll get some more when I have some extra cash. Most of them are under 10 bucks.

A little over 1 page a day is not prolific. This is not including rewrites. I bet I've trashed twice that.

Nothing you write would be bunk, cherry blossom. :rose:

Without internet is better than dial-up.

What a fucking joke. I hate living in the sticks.

Absolutley. Calbe/high speed, or nothing at all. Dial up is only torture.

The bunny was Oolong and now Oolong is gone. ;)

Good for you on reading books. I decided last fall to do something similar. I still haven't written anything of merit yet, though... :( *more tiresome weeping*

Maybe if you were naked...

:D

Perhaps when I feel more confident about myself.

I do have a small leopard thong that I was thinking about wearing in the same type of photo, to complete the look.

Who wants to see me naked anyway? No one. That's who.

Before I go to bed, I must tell you that I would love nothing more in this world than to see you naked. Please - no thong.

:)

At least one person would like to see me naked. I have tiger print boxers too, silky like. That would probably be best.

Now, if I can get some female encouragement for the whole naked thing...

Pasha really? Well, if its okay with you i'd like to use that name. Do you know what it means? In my part of the world its pretty common name and one that brings to mind all kinds of stories.

 How committed are you to the whole--what's the PC term?--oh, yes, the whole "alternative lifestyle" thing? From certain angles, I can look kind of "boyish" and you do say the nicest things... ;) :D

Yui was very gracious as to give me a bit of history on the hierarcy status of the name as well as her current views and decision.

I do find the name quite flattering and endearing.

He's "pasha", or "my young pasha", moonlight. ;) And do tell us stories about your world, please!

If only the smileys could display my affections for you half as much as I mean them...
