Depends on your definition of murder. To "murder" a Hitler or a Hussein is right IMO.....though many would dispute that......The assasination of the Al Queda members in Yemen via a Predator was right and just, though some called it murder!

The testing of drugs and experimentation on animals that may yield benefits to humans are a just activity, though many that are misguided consider it cruel. While there is no reason to harm and abuse animals for sport and fun, there is justification for using them for the betterment of mankind!

There is no justification for discriminating against anyone at anytime......though there are ample reasons to distinguish between persons in instances. For instance, it is just to discriminate against elderly handicapped persons that apply for a firefighters job.

In short. There are nuances that need to be examined in all cases. Blanket statements rarely stand up to close scrutiny!
