I'm Alive

Hi all. We had a pretty bad storm here Thursday and as a result I've been without power since early Friday morning. They're saying we probably won't have any until as late as Tuesday, but they're trying to get it on by tomorrow evening.

I'm spending the night in another town with a friend I work with and I thought I'd log on and let everyone know that I am alive in case the power doesn't come back on and I'm gone for awhile....

I'm going to grab some hot food and let her use her computer and I will probably be on later on, but I just wanted to drop a quick line and let you all know I was ok.

Cold and bored as hell, but ok.

Yep, it sucks and I'm bored out of my mind. The next town over luckily has power so I'll be here for a little while at least for tonight, but after today I won't be here til they get OUR power back on.

I hope your power comes on soon...I know what its like to be without power for 3 days...gets COLD as hell. Btw, are you staying with a guy or girl?
