Driving erratic + the possession of drugs could equal a DUI... or a DUID. But I believe a field sobriety test would have still been giving. Each state is different so it is hard to tell.....still it all sounds a Little contrived.

I just threw 50 out there. It is clear he is not a youth especially after he entered into a discussion sometime back that a kid who has never owned a home would know about. Secondly, I would just love to know what skills you're using in order to deduce with absolute certainty that this kid is bullshitting, or that he is 50 years old etc. Have either of you dipshits got some sort of criminology/profiling background the rest of us don't know about? Is there some kind of online course you can take that helps you decipher lies in text? Don't even try to tell me you're basing your replies on common sense, because the pair of you haven't got enough common sense between you to account for one person let alone two.
