Im a bit disappointed

I love the Trans-Siberian Orchestra.
Weird. I was just thinking about them earlier. I've been wanting to get a CD of theirs. Any you recommend (assuming they have more than one)?

I have a tape of Steamroller, it's really good. I used to have one of their CD's too, but it wasn't anywhere near as good as the tape.

The tape is (I recommend, at least for download):

Mannheim Steamroller Christmas

It has:

Wassail, Wassail
Carol of the Birds
I Saw Three Ships
God Rest ye Merry, Gentlemen
Stille Nacht

Deck the Halls
We Three Kings
Bring a Torch, Jeannette, Isabella
Coventry Carol
Good King Wenceslas

TSO is good, but Manheim Steamroller is more like... MIDI music format

Last year I bought my mom the complete Manheim Steamroller CD gift box set. (She and I have been a fan of theirs forever).

Are you saying.. TSO is even better?

I know they have Non- Chrsitmas songs. I think I might buy one
I have an mp3 of them doing a Mozart mix which includes "Eine Kleine Nachtmusic." It rocks.

The MH album Spectral Dragoon noted is easily their best.

TB4p

I like Steamhiem Manroller. They play an ascerbic mix of banal studio sludge and frenetic emo ramblings. It's track after track of self-indulgent, overproduced smegma for the 40 - 55 market.

Actually, I think I made that up. I may need sleep.

Did you buy it, or just listen to samples?

Im listening to the "A Mad Russians Christmas"

I downloaded a bunch of their stuff from Kazaa. I'm going to burn CDs later today.

No I havent. Something to look into?

Oh yeah. It's great music. When Mr Freaky lived in Germany he was active in Car Audio competitions. He used Mikes music because of the different beats, bass and such.

here is a couple of sites for you to check out.
