Illustrated stories...

Better than I can do. The hands have to look like hands and not feet, which eliminates my efforts. They wouldn't even look at my effort, "Mona, the Foot-Handed Slut".
Damn, that's one of my favorites. Right up there with Jo-Jo the Dog Face Boy.

Rhino, you're a pornographers, pornographer.

I've started going through Rhino's thread, and it is brilliant.

I love the fairies, particularly the delicacy of their wings against the solidness of their form. I enjoy colour, and because of that the cock fairy has to be one of my favourites. The dragon and the maiden series is enough to inspire me to write something. Do you have a website I can look at?

Cantdog's sketch where she has lifted her skirt with a sense of disinterest makes me laugh. I think she is in for a surprise, and will soon lose the disinterest.

I guess I take lit for granted in that we don't pay. And I know lit is devoted to stories, but I am surprised there is no category just for erotic illustrations now that I think about it. I might think about a website for free erotic drawings where people can post theirs and discuss them in a forum or something. Hmmm...will google first! :D

Rhino's thread is brilliant and I for one was happy as pie that it was here somewhere. Now I'm happy to see that there's basically a fourth thread that's discussing this topic. Art, in the non-written sense, is just as integral to our enjoyment as art in the written sense, and visa-versa. That's why the term "art and literature" exists rather than just one without the other. They're not competitive to one another, they're complimentary to one another.

I would even venture to say that there are many instances where one without the other would leave many artworks unseen as well as many great stories unread. Symbiosis, yes?

Everyone likes a good illustration, painting, sculpture, etc. The stickiness of my thread or the wandering attribute of Rhino's thread ultimately won't deter anyone from finding them if they really want to. :nana:

For those of you who are looking to do an illustrated story for the site, do it for yourself first, foremost and while leaving all other considerations in an extremely distant second place. Ultimately it's not the votes or the public comments that count, it's your own satisfaction for the work you did.
