Well, with his sheer size and length of stride he would be rather fast. If Jay knew how to run, he'd catch up and leave Coudron behind... but he doesn't quite know yet, so Coudron would leave him in his dust. Plus, coudron isn't allowing himself to get too far away from Jay, he doesnt' want the poor thing to get lost.

Actually, I am impressed that you post as quickly as you do. I always have something else to do or am just too tired to post much more than a few posts at a time.
As far as jay goes, I like him, even though he's in for a world of hurt. I think most get a kick out of him...he's sort of become the plucky, comical sidekick of the Vale...

Sometimes I just get into a sort of writing zone where things come out. I think that thats the only way I can get so many posts done at one time. But as you can see, I don't get the right 'zone' often LOL

You do well, well enough that you have a strong handfull of the longest running Lit RPers here and waiting with baited breath for their next post. What higher praise could some of us old RPers have for the Vale and it's creator?
(IMHO, of course, but I'm pretty sure the others would back me up on this one.)
And I concur with 'the zone' I think some of my favorite wirings in D and M thusfar has been some of the exchanges with Thorn and between Phalanx and Ona (Draconia)

Ummm... I need to ask, what does IMHO mean? I've encountered it a lot lately but I haven't been in a chat room for so long that I don't know what it is. I can guess, but I don't want to sound like an idiot.
I read your post in IV, it was good! I love how Jay is coming along. Don't worry, we'll be out of the forest soon. If you'd like I can fast forward (something that I love doing as a DM) but that would mean that I'd have to leap frog some of Jay's abilities. At least make him able to run
