Personal experince tells me nothing... My gal is a lefty , so I would say the right. Since she favors the left side for most things and there would naturally be more muscle tone on that side.However lefties aren't the majority of the population , so with my totally unsubstantiated logic my final answer is the LEFT nipple for 500.
