I have no idea if I would eat human flesh to cure my terminal illness - I think that's the kind of thing where you have to experience it to know for sure what you would do.

I wouldn't volunteer my flesh to be eaten unless it was for someone close to me who had to have it from me, because we were compatible types, or something. I don't donate blood, so I certainly wouldn't donate to the flesh bank.

I think there's a moral distinction between cloning entire humans and reproducing human cells and organs. I think the latter is already done for medical purposes to a small extent. But I might be wrong. It's an interesting subject.
