If I just got bored, then leave 'em.
If someone here bullied me out, then I'd leave them in spite.
if someone (who'se opinion matters) disapproved about me and my stuff being here, I'd yank them and me.

If I was leaving I'd remove them all. I did it at another site, and noone seemed to notice. I can only see myself leaving lit for something that really upset me, I'd not leave my stories lying around i that were the case.

The only reason I'd pull my stories is if one of them got accepted for publishing and I had to for exclusivity. I like to think that some people enjoy my stories; I won't remove them just cause I'm gone.
