I don't like to lead. You know the expression "Lead, Follow, or get out of the way?" Well, I'm a "get out of the way" kind of guy--except that sometimes I end up leading anyway because otherwise nothing gets done.

Leadership by default happens more than you might think. Best to stay away from meetings or you'll get sucked in, too.

I have done my time in a leadership role. If I had unlimited resources and support, I would take up the battle again.

Children's rights: The rights of all children to health, education and community. It isn't just the well behaved, middle classed kids who have a right to these things, even those punk kids and those angy kids who have been abused/neglected deserve an equal shot at success.

IN 12 years and 500 plus kids, I only ever met two kids that had no desire and susbsequently potential to make some good come from their existence.

Well, I left leadership. So, if someone else want to take the ball, I will follow and be a staunch and resourceful supporter!
