I met a man from Lit and he is one of the sweetest most wonderful men I have ever met. He is from another country so he can't stay and I can't go but I hope he has a wonderful life. He is my dear friend. I adore him.

No, I wouldn't. I have clicked with some people here well enough to know we would get along welll if we met but I want those relationships exactly as they are, it's just less complicated.

However, there are people who have met spouses, lovers and good friends on Lit. I don't think there's anything wrong with that as long as you apply the same caution you would in any other kind of relationship.

No, I have not met anyone from lit yet. Part of the attraction here is the mystery in who you are communicating with. However, if the opportunity arose I am sure I would take the next steps, eventually meeting in person.

For anyone interested......

There will be another Litogether in NC in the spring (probably in the Charlotte area). They're NOT weekend orgies, they're a group of people who get together, relax, and enjoy meeting new people.

(If you happen to meet someone and something develops, so be it. What happens in your own room is nobody's business but yours.)

Here in Arizona we have had a couple of get-togethers.. I have met some really fun and intelligent people. Unfortunately I missed the last two get-togethers, but will be going to the next one hopefully.

Yes, there are a couple of LADIES, that I would love to meet and get to know. One of them is almost my perception of the perfect woman.

There is one lady here in AZ who as a photographer I would love to do a photo shoot with, but we had mixed issues and we didnt get the chance. (My health and transportation issues screwed it up as well).

I have met a number of people on LIT, whom I consider friends, and some who are complete arseholes. Some of these I would love to really meet in real life, and others I would go out of my way not to meet.. but this is like real life.. some people you meet you like, some you don't.

But I got to know the PERSON, not the forum PERSONA, and that's what made me want to meet him.

I've met (online) some very interesting people from Lit who have just summoned me through a pm. They were either intrigued by something I had said on a specific thread or simply by my personality. There are some that I exchange emails with regularly while others I chat to over yahoo. Would I meet someone from Lit in the flesh? Yeah, why not.
