Since I've been taking full advantage of the venom thread, I thought I'd take a shot at starting a more positive one. For me, saying something nice about someone is very cathartic. Try saying something nice about an author or editor who deserves it. You can even say something nice about someone who commented on your story if you want.

AngelLove, thanks for editing my stories, listening to me whine, and giving me a pat on the back (and a kick in the ass) when necessary. To Lady Cibelle, thank you for your kind words, I'm really looking forward to your help. Both of you are amazing for how much you do despite dealing with the physical injuries.

Get better soon, both of you. You've both made this place a lot more fun for me.

While I can see that your heart's in the right place in creating this thread, I also hope that this won't become a "Who's Hot and Who's Not" type of thing where people's feelings are hurt if and when they are overlooked by someone.
