He did say he will table the impeachment trial phase if it lands in the senate, only fair, let a full trial proceed and let the senate vote. Pelosi should do the same in the house. Nadler and Schiff and their committees do not represent all the people, Nancy is subverting the process with the change of precedent. Nothing in the impeachment process is etched in stone but past precedent was a fair way forward. Both dems and repubs in the house should have the right to cross examine every article then have a vote. One thing to remember, to not follow precedence will create a new precedence.
