If we are all characters in the novel of life...

Don't know if this has been done already or not, but I'm sooo curious about it that i'm going to start the thread, because i couldn't find another one like it. It’s 5:30am so i could just be missing something.

Either way,
If we are all but characters in the novel of life...what would you add to yours? If there was ONE trait/ability that you would add to your character, what would it be?

Examples: Sing, Draw, Dance, Write, Read, better at sports..etc..etc..

Anything that comes to your head...what would be the one thing you would like to ADD to your character.

I'll start off with:

I would love to be able to DRAW or PAINT! I have always, for as long as i can remember, wanted to have the ability to draw! I may be able to draw with my words, but i want to draw with my hands. And if I could ask the author of this book to give me an ability, that would be it.

I didn't say "All the world's a stage,And all the men and women merely players;". There is no need for motivation when you are a character in a novel. Someone else is writing it anyways Just if you're an actor in a play or movie or something. You're just asking the author for a certain trait or characteristic or ability.

If it wasn't speculative fiction, but more a modern lit sort of novel ... beats the hell out of me. I'm good enough at everything I want to do. Maybe sort out whether or not I'm happy with my personal life right now? An insight on that?


Maybe I should go meditate on that for a while.

If we were all characters in my favorite novel, I know who S.Daedalus would be: Steven Daedalus. I'm not sure who I'd like to be. Bloom would be interesting, that's for sure, and we have lots of similarities, but I don't know. In the end, I think he's rather pathetic. p_p_man could play the "Citizen." Maybe I'd like to be Blazes Boylan, and play Jack the Lad.
