add some polish thinner to it babycakes... it's too thick and the fumes cannot evaporate properly.

I have a top coat that never made anything bubble, but I don't know if "Dry Clean Only" is really the same as quick-dry.

It really is so disappointing because it ruins the previous hour of work. I'm picky - I like my polish to look like glass.

"Quick Dry" is a misnomer. It's dry to the touch, but it hasn't set so it reacts with the previous coat.

Let your nails set before applying another coat. At least 30 minutes between coats will take care of the bubble problem. It will also leave plenty of time to remove the overpaint from your fingers without removing skin or polish. Maybe even get in a few paragraphs before someone shows up demanding to have their backs scratched.
