I HAVE COME up with a sure-fire strategy to hand Sen. John Kerry the presidential election.

The Democrat will ask former President Bill Clinton for an endorsement.

No! Clinton will not endorse Kerry; he will endorse George W. Bush. Republicans hate Clinton more than they hate Saddam Hussein.

If Clinton endorses Bush, every Republican in America will vote for Kerry.

Sounds like a winning plan to me.
