So for the past 2 days I haven't been able to use Internet Explorer at all. I keep getting this error:

HTTP 500 Internal Server Error

The page cannot be displayed
There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed.

Please try the following:

Open the whateverpageitrytogoto.com home page, and then look for links to the information you want.
Click the Refresh button, or try again later.

Click Search to look for information on the Internet.
You can also see a list of related sites.

Anyone have any ideas?

IE is telling you that it can't find your internet connection.

Try Tools/Reset WebSettings to reset IE to it's default settings and see if it works.

If that doesn't work, then you may ned to remove and reinstall IE.

PS: If you're running a firewall -- like zonealarm -- it may be blocking IE from accessing the net. Check to make sure IE has internet access permission.

Thanks, WH.

Resetting seems to have solved the problem. Now let's see if it sticks.
