We need help.....or ideas....

Besides Ed's excellent suggestion, why not use a dildo with a suction cup base? Attach to a wall at the appropriate height et voila - problem solved.

this was my suggestion. although, depending on how crafty you are you could always attempt at making a pumping machine as well.
