I can see it working where she opts for publicly pleasing the chief of the Vikings, him not being pleased, and then shes used by all his men as punishment.

It seems a little hardcore for me...It will probably be well recieved in the nonconsent category, though.

You should see the movie 'Vikings' with Burt Lancaster and Kirk Douglass, suits your theme in every detail. If the film was remade today the rape, sorry, non-consent scene would be a lot more realistic, not a bad film for it's time and a great basis for a Lit story

Hello and welcome to our lil' corner of Lit.

I must say (maybe it is the sub in me? ) this idea gets me excited. I just fear I wouldn't be one to do it justice. (I'm a stickler for detail, facts when available, and all around realism. I fear my lack of knowledge may stunt the story's growth and progress.)

I'd sure love to read this story, though!

The way this story is now it would definitely end up in Non-consent as a ravishment story but if you wanted it in BDSM instead, as a twist, maybe the girl goes *to* the chieftain and offers herself to him if he'll spare her town. He could add in the threat of gang-rape by his men if she fails to perform well for him. Or perhapse he takes her home as a slave. but the willingness in the beginning could change the whole categorization of the story.

Just a thought.

No, the potential for either a non-consent or a BDSM story is definitely there. The Vikings were definitely a hearty bunch with a lust for life (and wenches).

Also, I don't think it's an overused story theme, so it'd be relatively unique.

Oh I definitely like the "getting used by all the Viking clan" idea. The exhaustion and anonimity of it is overwhealming me right now. I am sorry I didn't pay more attention in history in school because, alas, I know very little about Vikings....
