The initiate must stand within a circle, naked, hands clasped behind her back.
An existing member will pleasure the initiate... (should we put some restrictions on her? Mouth only, no hands allowed? No biting? Have to wear furry gloves?

If the initiate collapsed (knees went rubber), or stepped out of the circle, or let her hands move out of "parade rest" she fails. Same if she makes a sound.
An existing member is selected at random to serve as the tester. The initiate had to survive... uh, 3 rounds of longer and longer periods before she can be accepted. 3 minutes, 6 minutes, 10 minutes, maybe?
Alternatively, round 1 have 1 member, round 2 have 2 members, and round 3 is triple-team.
What would it feel like to pass such a ritual?
