I'd like to submit a piece, but could use some advice

I have this piece I wrote years and years ago. It's sort of erotic science fiction, and I first tried to get it published in new numerous places, but with no luck. A few folks have read it and like it. I'd love to see it published and figure Literotica may be the best--and maybe only--place for it.

A few things--this is not kidde porn, despite the title--and I've only worried about that aspect recently as I fear I could be misinterpreted.. It's a psychological regression story (and remains one of the stranger things I've ever written.) I'd love some advice and suggests and maybe some support for posting it on the main Literotica page? Editing suggests and proofreading appreciated. I don't catch everything, even after forty yers of writing experience.

The pen name, BTW, is Gaelic for "without a name" or "no name." I've used as a username mostly, but did have one non-erotic short story published under that name.

They have taken away all his toys. They have taken the little wooden blocks of many colors, the small metal car he loves so much, the red ball that wobbles when he rolls it, even ( My goodness!) the big cuddly brown teddy bear that even if it is faded and is losing its stuffing it is his, and even if it has only one eye, he loves it.

He sits in the middle of his room, his little rubber pants filled with feces that squish eerily as he rocks slowly back and forth, back and forth, while he bawls louder and louder. The harder he screams, the more he defecates, and then all the more do his screams rise and fall and echo off the four soft green walls that make up the only universe that he has ever known.

Finally his screams bring not only tears and soreness to his eyes but also ( God forbid!) j his nurse.

't "Whatsa hell's the mattah?" she shouts. She is a large and fat woman, smelling of greasy and ill-fried Italian food and having only one breast. That breast, the right hand one, had been mastectomized years before in an absurd attack on a breast cancer before the tumor metastasized. A foam filler of dubious manufacture disguises the breast!-s absence less than effectively.

Based on your second paragraph only (the rest has been removed), you're portraying an infantilised character. Regardless whether he might be an adult, he's portrayed as an infant in nappies - and scat is considered a sexual fetish for some folk, thus, "sexual content". I doubt it would pass Go on Literotica, because the character is portrayed mentally as under eighteen, with "sexual content" nearby.
