I have severe arthritis in my knees and to help control the pain, I ice my knees at least twice a day with a reusable gel ice pack. Because of the size of the gel ice pack, the cold often radiates up into my groin area, which I found stimulating. I have since started putting a gel ice pack on my groin when I go to sleep at night. It has almost become an obsession. I read in the "Urban Dictionary" that icing one's penis enhances the pleasure for the woman. 3. Are there any long term effects from this?
