A favourite of mine is chocolate and ice cubes, having them slipped into my mouth - not knowing which is coming next.

If you freeze bottled water it will thaw from the outside in. Makes a nice dildo shape. I've never played with one, just something I noticed. I do like using a cube of ice in one hand and candle in the other with bondage play. Kinda hard for the sub to know the difference.
