It could be harmfull and result in frostbite to portions of your anatomy you wouldn't want frostbitten.

But, that's a worst case scenario. It all depends on how big the ice cube is, and how cold it is. A big ice cube right from the freezer is probably too big and too cold. some crushed ice from a glass of ice water is not big enough or cold enough to cause damage before it melts.

There are a lot of factors that determine whether you flesh freezes. very simplistically, the longer you are exposed to freezing temperatures, the more heat your flesh loses, and the colder the ice, the faster the heat is lost.

Teasing with ice can be erotic, but not if you get carried away.
