You have the idea in our head, you know where it needs to go, take it on friend, grab it by the nuts and go for it, in the nicest possible way of course, hehe.

I agrre with pop- you seem to have desire to write it, so try. Once you have draft, find someone to edit it for you.
My handy guide to first time writers on structure ( just so you can't say ' but I can't'- it won't really work this way):
Lit minimum length is 750 words, which is just one scene. If you end up with two, you wil have more.
For your idea, that means the following elements:
-introduce the son- its his dilemma
-introduce Dad, maybe spying on son playing dressup, dad gets aroused
- at dinner, they discuss what son wants for b'day
-dad overhears son wishing he had real boobs while son plans night of clubbing with chum "I'd do anything"
- when son gets home, dad sees son blowing his chum in the car, dad gets off.
- next day, dad takes son 'shopping' but its to plastic surgeon's office
-son is shocked at the cost, "its too much"
- dad turns red from embarassment, confesses his attraction " you'd be doing it for both of us- with nice tits, you'll look just like your mom did when I met her"
- dad says he heard son say he'd do anything, draws son's hand to dad's hardness
-son does dad, and dad says at this cost, son better do it "on demand"
-son agrees
that's eleven elements, so the average is 69 words each. Its not hard to do that. My plot summary is 140words.
