Seriously... (OK, well, I am pretty serious about that one) I wish that Cuz would move closer so I can give him all the love, respect, nurturing and TLC that he oh, so richly deserves and wants from me - in person as opposed to long distance.

I am so sorry, some judges do not care. Actually the case should have been moved to ohio since that is where the child resides at now. Check into the office of protective services near you. I think someone did not do their job. When my nieces were moved from the keys to me their case work got moved as well and all court hearings were done in Broward instead of Monroe
