I'd like to remove certain poems from my collective. In the past I have successfully removed the lot by PMing Laurel but the idea of having to do that with individual poems doesn't appeal to me. Editing is comparitively easy, why not removal - mods???

Editing and removal are the same. Simply title the poem deletion as "The Poem Title-deleted" and in the text, "Deleted". Write a note in the Notes field and explain that you'd appreciate the editior's removal of the poem. You can even explain why if you're inclined to do so.

Great - thanks Carrie. I didn't see that in the FAQ.

No, you wouldn't have. Literotica is a site that prefers to hold on to the authors and poets with their work. You can also link a list of deletions in a PM to Laurel and I'm sure Kitty Mama would get it done. You may have to wait to get results either way. Removals take personal attention and isn't automated as much as the posting process.
