Go ahead and answer seriously if you want to, Cherry, but she was aiming this whole thread at me for my really insensitive and unwarranted intrusion into the solemnity of the emotion generated in another thread. It was never really about the question she asked.


Just a side note: Please, Cherry, please...if you elect to answer seriously the thread question, i beg you not to do so in a manner that will make me have to yell at you. I have a bad headache coming on, i think it's gonna be a migraine, and i know i'll not be able to be my usual balanced self (~snort snicker~ uhuh. my usual balance self?) if i have to get all preachy about BDSM and lines and limits and trash like that.

No no no no no no no no NOT you, Cherry. That comment was aimed at all the millions of silent readers who would have chosen THAT moment to jump in with both barrels blazing. I am fairly aware that what i say here extends to people i don't know. I always imagine us on stage, but it's a darkened arena where the seats extend out and up, as if our stage is at the bottom of a bowl. and they're all filled, those seats, with people we don't yet know. I just didn't want one of them (or two...or three...) picking this time to jump into things, you know, cuz, well, i'm hurting and wouldn't be able to do much of a job holding up my end of things.

As a matter of fact, i think i'll go lie down for awhile. Prone, still, dim room...all that is sounding pretty good. I have meds for this, you know - at the pharmacy.

So, uh, Cherry? Would you please take 'em on if any of 'em choose now to jump? Thanks, darlin'...
