I watched a movie of such beautiful imagery, it might itself be referred to as poetry. I watched "The Foutain" and it was so incredibly perfect and powerful as to leave me breathless. I was so amazed, that I really don't think there could be any more starling and visually enrapturing a piece of work in the history of the world. In truth..., it was poetry in it's own right!

Oh

OH

ireally wanted to see that
but of course i olny have a stupid mega theater here so only the dumbest & loudest

I liked it very much, myself.

It wasn't perfect, though. There were a few things about it that should've been less lucid in order for the message to really connect, but overall it was very vivid, very romantic. Great atmosphere. Kudos to Aronofsky for waiting to make the film he wanted to make and pulling it off.

I'm glad I saw it in the theaters on a big screen rather than at home, as a strikingly visual film, it plays better large and with good sonics. If you have a good home system, you'll really enjoy it.

I guess I should look for it. I published a poetry journal in the mid-70's which i called "the fountain"
