Did ya like my attention-grabbing headline, my horny friends?

Just a li'l note to ask you to take a look at my story, 'Abby Bright's Quiet Night In', (posted on 30/3/00).

I'd love to hear what you think. I liked it when I first sent it to Literotica but I'm not so sure now. It's maybe a bit confused - four people having sex together at once. A bit hard to control. How can I improve my writing?

If you do like 'Abby', I've got another erotic story at the homepage/sexzine I run with Roger Simian (just friends, honest!).
http://vzone.virgin.net/dumbsulk.bionicstardust/index.html

I do the HTML and design. He does the editing.

So, let me know what you think.

Hey rachel, I just read your story and I liked it. You are right, though, it is kind of confusing at first, but when I visualized it, it was very clear. It's one of the best "new" stories I've read.

Thanks, Will.

With 'Abby Bright' I kinda set up the scenario first. By the time I'd written the kitchen scene, and Cat and Gary's discovery of Abby's wicked video, I'd painted myself into a bit of a corner. I had these four characters under the same roof. It woulda been a bit of a cop-out if they didn't end up fucking each other.

I only discovered when I got to that whole end scene just how difficult it is to control four characters at once. I'm much more used to writing one-on-one encounters.

Glad you liked the story, though.

Will. If you're reading this - I've posted a new story on my homepage that I think is much better than 'Abby'. It's called 'Caitlin4Byron', and it's kind of loosely based on real experience.

Get writing, my man. I want to see yer story.

Rachel,

I've tried to respond to your mail, and it keeps bouncing. Do you have another email I can send to?

Hi, Laurel. I don't know why that's happening. We're working with a really old Mac and an earlier version of Outlook Express.

It could be 'cause we changed the user name from Roger's one to dumb/SULK trigg-er. Try sending a fresh e-mail, instead of a reply, if you haven't already.

I've just lost my BB virginity. How do I get to be Madam? (Cheeky minx! I should be disciplined. lol)

Hi Rachel, I checked "Caitlin4Byron" out and you are right, it's better than "Abbie Bright", more streamlined and less cluttered. I thought it was cool how you showed what she was thinking. Why don't you submit it here? And I'm working on the story, i's just going to take me awhile (I am still new at this).

Will -
Thanks, hon. I'm not going to submit 'Caitlin' here, 'cause I like the idea of my stories being exclusive to whichever site they're on. That's why I removed 'Abby Bright' from my own site. I've sent a new story to Literotica, so that should hopefully be posted too over the next couple of weeks.

Laurel -
I just noticed in the General Room, that you were having a few problems receiving e-mails, too. I sent you a new story, and a Member's Profile. Did you get them ok? Should I send them again? (See a couple of posts back for my solution to e-mailing me.)

I'm on a different server than they are.

No I received both fine, and posted your profile, which is what I've been trying (unsuccessfully) to email you. If you could provide another contact email, I'd really appreciate it.

I wonder what's up with our e-mail. Unfortunately, that's the only one we have. Roger has an account with Madasafish but they don't support Macs earlier than version 7.5 (ours is 7.1), so he can't access it.

I don't really know what to do. I am still receiving mail. Maybe some of it's not getting through for some reason.

Hi Rachel,

I liked your Abbey story, but twisted my neck trying to follow the action. Oh well..sigh, I guess my neck now fits in with the rest of my personality.

Oh by the way, cooking is a hobby of mine, so can I get your Bolognese sauce recipe?

Are you following me, Gil, honey?

Yup Abby's a bit cluttered with people, limbs, orifices and terrible innuendo. I originally wrote it with a mind to sending it to a men's magazine. I think that kinda shows. It's not really me, somehow.

Go back to the beginning of this strand and follow the link to my homepage. Check out 'Caitlin4Byron' and 'Go Faster!'. I think they're much better (Will agrees with me about 'Caitlin').

Or wait a few weeks and my girl-on-girl down in the sand masturbatory fantasy should, hopefully, appear right here in Literotica's Dungeon of Dark Desires. (Well - the new stories, bit, anyway.)

Bernardo's secret recipe? Even I'M not priviledged to such confidential information.

Hi everyone,

While you all know that we have no problem with the occasional posting of a personal homepage link, we'd rather the board not be overrun with such posts. I'm certainly not trying to be hard on you, Rachel, but if I don't keep an eye on this type of activity, it starts to take over. The bigger the board has grown, the more time I've had to spend zapping spam, and I don't want to encourage that kind of posting. We think of the board as a place for people to have conversations with other users. I've seen many boards go downhill because of spam problems, and I try to be very cautious here.

With all that being said, I've been to your site and I like it. Because you have your own site, I'm sure you understand why I'm so paranoid of letting things get out of hand. If you think I'm being a butt, feel free to let me know. It wouldn't be the first time.

uh-oh, rach. you're in trouble, now.

Sorry, Laurel. No, I don't think you're being a butt.

I've always been a bit over-enthusiastic with my self-promotional campaigns. It often gets me in trouble. (I once very nearly got sacked from an office job for using the photocopier to run off posters for a band I was in. lol)

I've got a shiny new literotica eMail address, so you can mail me there - but it'd be great if you also CC the old one at the same time because I'll probably check that more often. (That's where most people will contact me.)

Awesome! I will do that... And don't get me wrong - I dig people with enthusiasm, and I'm stoked to have you aboard! You jumped in with both feet - I don't think I've ever seen someone go from Virgin to Experienced so fast!

er... I mean your board title - not trying to imply anything, but not trying to not imply anything. I mean, I'm sure you're an open-minded woman, but I'm not saying you're easy.. I mean... Ah, I'll shut up now.

Rachael - just went to your site and read "Go Faster." All I can say is "WRITE FASTER." Please, ma'm, may we have some more?

Well, howdee, Vix,

I'd love to write more fiction soon but I can only do it if I'm totally focussed. I'm quite a busy lady at the moment. Too many other things on my mind. Like hanging about in the BB, painting my toenails and saving the World from evil vampires.

Oh, no - that last bit's Buffy.

But look out for my girl-on-girl fantasy, 'I Dream of Maria Down In The Sand', which should hopefully be posted right here on Literotica over the next week or so.

Hello again, naughty people.

Sorry I've not been around the Literotica BB lately. I've been very very busy.

Just a quick note to say that my story 'I DREAM OF MARIA, DOWN IN THE SAND' has been posted on Literotica (on Sun, 30th April). Let me know what you think.

I've read that story of yours and its hot. Its not too often a story gets me aroused like that - guess I must be a closet lesbo.
wink.gif
It seems too good to just be labelled erotica. Does your name Picabia rhyme with labia?

Ha ha - I suppose it does, Lucy, yes.

Why? Are you planning to write me a poem, or something?

Listen, everybody - I've got a confession. I've been lying to you all.

Rachel Picabia doesn't exist outside of cyberspace. She's a fictional character that I originally created for a novel I've been working on for many years.

I recently wrote some stories from a female perspective, including 'I Dream Of Maria...', and decided to submit them to magazines under her name. A lot of publishers aren't willing to accept that a man can write about female sexuality convincingly, so I had to use devious methods. I had to pretend to be a woman. It worked. 'Maria...' was accepted by a British publication, and I'm even getting paid for it.

When it came to submitting my first story, 'Abby Bright's Quiet Night In, to Literotica, I just carried on the ruse. A bit underhand of me, I know.

Then things got all out of hand. Rachel Picabia proved to be quite a popular lady, attracting all sorts of people to my erotic site. It turned out she was much better at PR than I was.

It seems she was a better writer too. I've never had so much praise for a story as I have for 'I Dream of Maria'.

Anyway, all I can say is, I'm sorry for being such a fraud. I hope you can all still enjoy the stories.

There's a nasty little tale about a darkhaired mistress in a warehouse on its way soon. This should hopefully be posted in the next couple of weeks. This time it'll be signed, roger simian.

Sorry - double posting

AN EPITAPH FOR RACHEL P:

Rachel Picabia looked at her flickering face in the mirror and followed the single crystal tear as it floated down her pale silicon cheek like an icicle on a windshield. She wondered how much time she had left in this world of sensations and emotions. For how much longer would she be allowed to hear the slow Edinburgh traffic grinding beneath her window, smell the scent of Avacado & Pear shampoo in her raven hair, taste this Ukrainian vodka as it trickled across her tongue, feel her own fingers tickling over these small sensitive breasts?
There were so many things she was going to miss about this wild, ugly, wonderful place - making a godawful racket with that trashed-up Fender guitar over there in the corner... cuddling that stupid Garfield cat (now sitting looking incredibly stoned on her pillow)... eating sticky toffee pudding straight out of the microwave at 3 in the morning...
And, of course, sex.
'I think I'm going to miss you most of all,' she said aloud, feeling a lump forming in her throat. These were the same words Dorothy had said to the Scarecrow at the end of 'The Wizard of Oz'. Strange how a kids' film could make you feel so sad.

Oh, Rachel. So young and so pretty. So full of life. But now it's time to go. Your creator has become jealous. It never pays to be too popular in this world.

And, so, Rachel Picabia pressed her soft red mouth against the cool glass and kissed her reflected lips.
'Goodbye,' she said.
