If you must.
Stick to black.
I've seen similar in color and it looks tacky, and I'm being nice.
Maybe black with a few touches of red.

Eh, skulls are far overdone.
More creative would be two separate sleeve designs that when you place your arms together makes something completely different. However, that obviously takes a lot of thought and planning to make all three designs significant to you. Still not a bad idea to take your time with something that'll be on your body forever (or until you get shot at with a laser).
