This is why I am so happy in my relationship- he is all Dominant and yet loves to snuggle, cuddle, pet, etc. He's not into kissing hardly at all... but we spend WAY more time cuddling, while watching TV or a movie, or before bed, than we do in intense play and he's told me many a time how glad he is that I like to touch him, run my hands over him, etc. in our quiet moments (and he does the same to me).

I don't think this makes him any less "Domly" at all (guess that's not a word, but you know what I mean...) but I once had a Dominant tell me that "I'm a Dom, I don't cuddle." I knew immediately we were not destined for any kind of relationship.

Yep, Dominants cuddle, snuggle and do all those things if it is what they enjoy. I think it depends on the situation, but I have never met a man who didn't enjoy that stuff to some degree.
