I want an expensive drink and some Discussion on Russian Literature

There's a cute little coffee house...

...right off the northwest corner of Moscow's Red Square.

Great atmosphere.

But I'd rather go to a stip mall.

Apparently you're coming to visit me, Siren. YAY! :)

yes, Ma'am! Hubby will need a place to sleep while you're here, afterall! :D

No prob. I'll sleep on Hubby's side. I'll even clear the stacks of books off my night table for you!

bubbly water, bottled spring water or from the tap?

(for her there's no charge, MP)

The Sleepover

This sleepover sounds damn better than any work of Russian Lit I'm familiar with.

Assuming this turns into a film will there be subtitles or will it be dubbed?

I'll tell you a bedtime story.

I know where to find the former; the latter is probably best pursued in Moscow.

Having been to Russia, I prefer St Petersburg to Moscow as an historical resource. Novgorod is excellent for an ancient (Muscovite) perspective. Kiev (in Ukraine) for a Byzantine perspective...... Kiev was the centre of the "first" Russian civilization.

God Save The CZAR!!!
