That is a lot of teaching really, and a lot of it has to do with accepting that any system of belief can work, so long as you believe it can and immerse fully, so you jump from belief system to belief system, using the ones that work best for your needs at the time, then keep the bits that work for you, trash the rest, and start forming your own personal system of belief. It has a lot to do as well with charging your intent through sigilization, and accepts a lot of stuff that most lighter pagan religions don't like... such as blood use, sex in ritual, sigilization, and using your will for personal gain.

More that they only exist because of the belief in them. And the powers, effects, and "miracles" attributed to them are merely manifestations of the believer, through their intent and belief.
