I think my weight loss is from a sure-fire strategy - I am not eating much. I had implant surgery in my jaw and cannot eat anything that I can't "chew" by pressing my tongue against the bottom of my teeth...anything tougher to chew than that is off-limits for another 3 weeks or so....so soups and breakfast drinks and yogurt and bananas and cut up fruit, and oatmeal and vitamin pills are my diet these days.

Lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks so far....
